Imagine having a trusted friend who’s always ready to lend a hand. That’s the spirit behind our Connections program – a nonmedical concierge and personal-assistant-style service available to every resident at The Woodlands.

Need someone to walk your dog, put up your Christmas tree, arrange transportation, or handle housekeeping? Just ask! Your concierge is a personal assistant ready to help. But Connections goes far beyond housekeeping or rides. Whether it’s organizing closets and paperwork, deep cleaning, preparing meals, running errands, shopping, or helping with holiday décor, your personal assistant is here to simplify your routines and give you back more time.

And it’s much more than transportation. Of course, we’ll get you to social outings, appointments, or the pharmacy – but we’ll also run errands for you, pick up groceries, handle returns, or take care of your holiday shipping so you don’t have to.

Since many of the team members come from hospitality backgrounds, they take the time to learn your routines, understand your preferences, and get to know you personally.
